Key Responsibilities

GST & Income Tax compliance, assessments, appeals, transfer pricing & advance tax computations

Statutory audits, limited reviews, certifications & financial statement finalisation

RBI regulatory reporting & submissions

Reconciliations & resolution of outstanding accounts

Financial MIS & management reporting

Ind AS reporting & implementation activities

Chart of Accounts, accounting processes & internal financial controls

Finance system implementation, process documentation & UAT

Support RBI inspections, Risk-Based Supervision, rating agencies & other regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate

Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation

Good understanding of financial accounting & reporting

Exposure to regulatory reporting, reconciliations & MIS

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills .
