Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

2. Study and research the market for brands and agencies who might be looking for Advertising production houses to make Video films,

3. Work with Founders team closely and learn how to crack Briefs from brands and agencies,

4. Be aware of trends in the market whether social media or pop culture to understand which Brands and agencies to target,

5. Learn how to communicate with Senior Agency and Brand folks on behalf of Production house on emails or calls and in person if needed,

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 30,000 - 1,50,000 /year
