Hiring Direct Tax Manager (Exp in Consulting Firms)

Duties knowledge of the provisions of direct tax Laws, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate & International Tax. Experience in Direct Tax and litigations. Should be open to periodic traveling. Coordination with Statutory and Tax Auditors. Required Candidate profile Finalization of books in accordance with Accounting Standards &preparation of financial statements in accordance with Companies Act. Exp on representation services before Income Tax Department .
