As a Team Leader Lending, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 4 field sales officers in the marketing of MSME loans and lending products. This role involves driving the sales team to source lending business effectively.Key responsibilities include managing and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance on best practices in the field, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members. You will regularly monitor team performance, conduct training sessions, and assist in strategic planning to enhance productivity and sales growth.Candidates must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. A proven track record in sales, particularly in the lending or financial services sector, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with clients and team members alike. Additionally, proficiency in fieldwork, and the capacity to travel as needed are important components of this role.This is a full-time position based in Bathinda, India, working from the office.
