Mechanical Lead Engineer on Permanent role.

Experience of 15 to 20 years relevant industry experience with at least 8 10 years as a lead)

Excellent English proficiency

Previous employment with western EPC company in a leadership role

Experience with refineries

Multiple simultaneous projects experience

Experience with standard project planning and execution, including:

Planning

Developing mechanical scope of work

Preparing labor estimates

Participation in schedule development

Preparing staffing plans

Execution

Assigning tasks to team members

Managing labor budgets

Schedule management

Identifying scope deviations, preparing, and submitting

scope deviation requests

Monitoring quality of deliverables

Inter-discipline coordination

Conflict resolution

Mechanical equipment procurement, including RFQ, technical

bid evaluation, PO preparation, and vendor data review .
