As part of our next phase of expansion, we are launching a new vertical- AI proficiency- focused on helping students and working professionals develop practical, industry-relevant proficiency in Generative AI, AI tools, automation, productivity, and emerging AI technologies. This is a 0-to-1 role with end-to-end ownership of the AI proficiency vertical. We are looking for someone who combines AI expertise with teaching ability and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an opportunity to build a new business and academic vertical from the ground up, rather than joining an existing training program with a predefined curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and building the AI Proficiency curriculum.

2. Developing certification programs and learning pathways.

3. Creating assessments, assignments, quizzes and practical evaluations.

4. Designing live projects and industry-oriented capstone projects.

5. Delivering engaging live training sessions.

6. Building course content, learning resources and project frameworks.

7. Staying updated with rapidly evolving AI tools and technologies.

8. Supporting webinars, workshops, seminars and demo sessions.

9. Helping establish The Prayas India as a credible provider of practical AI education.

Key performance indicators- Success in this role will be evaluated across both academic and business outcomes, including:

1. Quality and relevance of curriculum.

2. Learner satisfaction and engagement.

3. Course completion rates.

4. Assessment and project quality.

5. Certification outcomes.

6. Number and quality of live projects developed.

7. Webinar/Workshop participation.
