Founding Influencer

Rozgoo is building a faster, smarter way for people to discover jobs, and we’re looking for our first Founding Influencers to help us tell that story.

You’ll create authentic content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, experiment with different ideas, and help introduce Rozgoo to people looking for better career opportunities.

We’re pre-revenue, so we want to be completely transparent: instead of promising traditional sponsorship fees we can’t sustainably offer yet, our model is performance-based. You’ll receive a $200 Founding Influencer Bonus after your first 10 successful UGC pieces, plus additional 550$ rewards per post based on qualified views and verified sign-ups your content generates.

You don’t need a huge following. We’re looking for creators who are ambitious, creative, consistent, and want to grow alongside a company from its earliest stage.
