Job Title: Branch Manager/ Branch Sales Manager

Location: Vastral/ Khambhat/ Navsari

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager/ Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in Vastral, Khambhat, or Navsari. As a Branch Manager/ BSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service for our Secured Loan (LAP) product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Analyze sales performance and provide insights for process improvements

Requirements:

• Graduation (Must)
• Age up to 35 Years
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in NBFC or banking
• Strong knowledge of Secured Loan (LAP) products
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
