Business Development Manager Software & Digital Marketing Sale

Salary: 50,00080,000/month + target-linked closure and referral incentives

We need an experienced BDM with proven success in SaaS sales and digital marketing client acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

Generate your own qualified leadsApart from our leads.

Travel for client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.

Own negotiations, deal closures, onboarding coordination and payment collection.

Handle the sales team and deliver agreed monthly targets.

Report actual numbers: leads generated, meetings, proposals, closures, revenue and collections.

Requirements: Relevant sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

As a startup, we need hands-on effort and measurable results. Forecasts must be backed by evidence; assumptions and verbal commitments do not count as achievements.
