Job Description

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to develop and promote DELO industrial adhesive products for electronics and manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for DELO products.

Identify and approach customers in electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, EMS, automotive and industrial manufacturing.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive products.

Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.

Handle enquiries, RFQs, quotations, follow-ups and order closures.

Coordinate product samples and customer trials with the technical team.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain customer and sales activity reports.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Required Skills

13 years of experience in Technical Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales.

Experience in adhesives, electronics, industrial products, automation or manufacturing will be an advantage.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Basic technical understanding with willingness to learn product applications.

Good follow-up and business development skills.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in

Industrial Adhesives | Electronics Manufacturing | PCB / PCBA | EMS | Electronic Components | Automation | Industrial Equipment

DELO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
