Job description Job Title: Service Engineer Industrial Equipment (Pumps,Valves Geared Motors,Couplings Heat Exchangers,Pneumatics,Electric Motors ) Company Name: Element Engineers and Consultants Job Type: Full-Time Location: Based at Indore Qualification: ITI Fitter Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or in Electrical. Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in service/maintenance role CTC: 2.5 TO 3.0 LPA Job Summary We are hiring a technically skilled Service Engineer for field and workshop service of Industrial Machinery Parts and equipments. The role demands strong mechanical aptitude and field experience in servicing pumps, valves, plate heat exchangers,Geared Motors, Gearboxes and Pneumatics. The candidate will be responsible for breakdown support, preventive maintenance, equipment assembly, performance checks, and customer technical support. Key Responsibilities Field service, maintenance, and overhaul of industrial process equipment. Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance visits at customer sites. Maintain service logs, part replacement records, and client feedback reports. Conduct performance testing and commissioning of installed equipment. Assist in installation and alignment of new equipment. Support after-sales and warranty claims by providing detailed inspection reports. Maintain toolkits and follow safety protocols (PPE usage, LOTO procedures, etc.). Maintaining Install Base Data Sales of spare parts Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar technical service role. Sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles. Diagnose mechanical faults and provide timely solutions. Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation Ensure safety standards and customers satisfaction at every time Coordinate with the service team and report to the service Manager. Provide technical support and training to clients if needed. Skills to be required: Strong mechanical and technical skills. Practical knowledge of service pumps, gearboxes etc. Ability to travel to customer sites for on -site service. Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel whenever required The candidate should be able to speak English and Hindi at good proficiency.
