Client Servicing Manager - Wedding Planner

About the job:We are not chasing perfect CVs. We are open to people who are starting out their careers and to those who want to pivot or experiment in the wedding planning space. A wedding planning/events background is a nice to have, not mandatory. What we're definitely looking for are people with the drive, hunger and skills to manage high pressure situations, plan weddings with attention to detail and eventually lead weddings as project leads. We're most importantly looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about planning weddings, understands the grind, takes ownership of their tasks and takes their job seriously. We're planning someone's big day and that's one of the most special jobs to have!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end planning of weddings - Vendor onboarding (e.g., photo/video, decor, makeup & hair, band, DJ, etc.), Vendor management, Recce to venues, show running on the day of the events.

2. Conduct site visits, maintain minutes of the meetings, lead meetings with clients, vendors, etc.

3.
