Growth & RevenueOwn digital growth goals across traffic, user acquisition, subscriptions, revenue, engagement.Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across organic, paid, social, and partnerships.Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven decision making.Drive customer acquisition while maintaining strong CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.SEO, GEO & AEOLead the organization's organic growth strategy across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms.Build and execute SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging AI platforms.Drive technical SEO, content strategy, authority building, structured data implementation, and AI-search discoverability initiatives.Monitor search and AI ecosystem changes and proactively adapt strategies.Performance MarketingOwn and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and other relevant channels.Manage budgets, attribution models, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.Continuously improve campaign performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer quality metrics.Social Media & Content GrowthLead social media growth and engagement strategies across key platforms.Work closely with content, creative, product, and community teams to build compelling campaigns and drive brand visibility.Develop organic and paid social programs that contribute meaningfully to acquisition and retention goals.Analytics & Growth IntelligenceEstablish robust measurement frameworks and growth dashboards.Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, retention cohorts, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.Generate actionable insights that influence product, content, and marketing decisions.Leverage analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion journeys.AI-Driven MarketingLeverage AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, campaign performance, content creation, SEO, research, and marketing automation.Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools to create competitive advantages in marketing execution and customer acquisition.Drive experimentation with AI-native marketing workflows and growth initiatives.
