Telecaller

Job Responsibilities Make calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects. Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers. Follow up with interested customers and arrange site visits. Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp. Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings. Follow up with existing leads and maintain good customer relationships. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
