• 5+ years ServiceNow specific experience
• In depth understanding of technical architecture of serviceNow
• Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities
• Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations
• Hands-on experience in CMS(servicenow portal) and Service portal technologies
• Custom app development experience
• Application (ServiceNow) Performance tuning experience
• Best practices in servicenow development activities/coding
• Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions
• Should be strong (functional and technical) with all core modules of serviceNow – IM, PM, CM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Orchestration
• Good communication skills
• Travel flexibility >75%, Readiness for short and long term onsite assignments
