Finance and Accounting Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage Katalisia’s

financial operations, compliance, and reporting. This role will be critical in building a strong

financial foundation as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime (7.0)
• Record daily transactions, expenses, and revenue
• Manage ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations

GST & Compliance

• Handle GST filings (monthly/quarterly)
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation for audits

Financial Operations

• Manage company bank accounts and transactions
• Oversee cash flow, payments, and collections
• Handle vendor payments and reconciliations

4.Invoicing & Automation

• Generate and manage invoices
• Set up automated billing workflows
• Track receivables and ensure timely collections

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare detailed P&L reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries
• Provide insights on costs, margins, and profitability
• Support budgeting and forecasting

Risk & Financial Control

• Identify financial risks and implement controls
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Support internal audits and compliance processes
