Agency Development Manager

*Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners. *Identify and generate new business opportunities. *Visit clients/agents in the field and support sales activities. *Achieve monthly sales and business targets. *Recruit, onboard and manage agency/field sales partners. *Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads. *Maintain regular reporting and update sales activities.
