The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable options. Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other channels. Conduct property visits and explain project details to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful transactions. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
