About the Role

Vahak is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role and should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and other channels.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely closure of issues.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company processes, service standards, and communication guidelines.

Requirements

1+ year of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Hindi and Kannada proficiency is mandatory.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support tools will be an advantage.
