Our platform combines hyper-realistic avatars, voice AI, multimodal intelligence, and enterprise-grade deployment to transform customer engagement, employee training, recruitment, healthcare, education, and public services.

We are now preparing to raise our USD 1 Million funding round and are looking for someone who has already been through the fundraising journey with startups.

If you've helped founders connect with investors, prepared fundraising material, coordinated investor conversations, and understand how venture fundraising works, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

You will work directly with the founders to execute the fundraising process end-to-end.

Investor Research & Outreach

Identify relevant Angels, VCs, Family Offices and Strategic Investors.

Build targeted investor lists using platforms such as:

Traxcn

LinkedIn

Crunchbase

AngelList/Wellfound

Founder networks

Research investment thesis, portfolio and partner preferences.

Create and maintain an investor CRM.

Investor Communication

Draft personalized cold emails.

Manage LinkedIn outreach.

Follow up with prospective investors.

Coordinate introductions through founder networks.

Book and schedule investor meetings.

Track communication and response rates.

Fundraising Strategy

Work closely with founders to:

Refine fundraising strategy.

Prioritize target investors.

Sequence outreach campaigns.

Prepare fundraising timelines.

Develop investor pipelines.

Improve investor conversion.

Support founder visibility by:

Investor Feedback Loop

Capture investor feedback after meetings.

Maintain objection logs.

Recommend improvements.

Refine pitch based on recurring questions.

Coordinate discussions with experienced founders and advisors.

Required Experience

Experience supporting at least one startup fundraising process.

Strong understanding of venture capital ecosystem.

Excellent business communication skills.

Ability to write compelling investor emails.

Comfortable researching investors independently.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline.

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.

Compensation

This is a success-based engagement.

No monthly retainer

No fixed consulting fee

Success Fee: 1% of the funds successfully raised

Target Fundraising Round: USD 1 Million

The success fee will be payable upon successful closure and receipt of investment funds as per mutually agreed terms.
