Technical Tender & Bidding Executive – IT / Networking Location: Lajpat Nagar Part 2, New Delhi – 110024 Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Experience: 1+ year preferred Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Benefits: ESI + PF + National Holidays About the Role We are looking for a Technical Tender & Bidding Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, preferably in IT, Networking, CCTV, Security Systems, ELV or related fields , along with good documentation and communication skills. The position involves preparing technical and commercial documentation for government and institutional tenders , coordinating with manufacturers/OEMs, and supporting the complete bidding process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and compile technical tender documents and bidding proposals . Study tender/NIT/RFP documents and understand technical requirements. Prepare technical compliance statements, deviations and specifications . Prepare technical data sheets and compare required specifications with offered products. Coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers/distributors to obtain technical datasheets, compliance documents, certificates, authorizations and quotations. Prepare BOQ, make/model details, technical comparisons and compliance sheets . Assist in preparation and submission of government e-tenders and bids . Maintain tender-related documentation and records. Track tender deadlines, pre-bid meetings, submission dates and required documents. Coordinate internally with sales, technical and project teams. Research and understand technical specifications related to CCTV, networking, servers, storage, switches, Wi-Fi, EPABX, fire alarm and other IT/security systems . Prepare professional letters, clarifications and technical replies to customers/department queries. Ensure documents are accurate, complete and submitted within deadlines. Required Skills Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, Electrical or a related technical field preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Good understanding of IT/networking concepts . Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel . Ability to read and understand technical specifications and datasheets. Good written English and documentation skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to work with multiple tenders and deadlines. Good coordination and communication skills. Candidates with experience in government tenders/e-tendering, CCTV, networking, ELV or security systems will be preferred. Who Should Apply?
