You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex ideas into seamless, intuitive experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design decisions.Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent design patterns across products.Mentor junior designers and advocate for design best practices across teams.
