We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented International BPO Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our global clients (US/UK/Australia). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional service experience via Voice, Chat, or Email support.Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound interactions (calls/chats/emails) from international customers professionally. Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer grievances or queries efficiently, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR). Data Management: Accurately log, track, and update customer interaction details and feedback in the CRM database. Escalation Handling: Route complex cases or unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors following company protocols. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily/monthly performance benchmarks, including Quality Scores, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).Requirements & Qualifications Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0 to 5 years. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome. Prior experience in an international voice/non-voice process is a huge plus. Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent. Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, internet browsing, and MS Office. For chat processes, a typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy is preferred.
