Job description

HIRING US COLLECTIONS PROCESS EXECUTIVE

Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4-6 Years Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

* Handle US collections / accounts receivable process* Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments* Manage payment commitments and resolve billing/payment issues* Maintain accurate records of collection activities* Coordinate with internal teams for invoice and account-related queries* Meet daily/weekly collection and productivity targets

* Take escalation calls and convert knows laws for  collection. Has to take approval etc

Requirements

* Experience in US Collections / AR / Accounts Receivable / BPO* Good English communication skills* Comfortable working in US shifts* Good negotiation and follow-up skills* Immediate joiners preferred
