Customer Service Representative Voice Process

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full time | Work from Office

Process: Inbound & Outbound Voice

Shift: Day Shift

Openings: 10

Joining: Immediate

Salary: 18,000/month for Freshers | 20,000/month for Experienced

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM.
  • Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.
  • Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

  • Graduates Freshers can apply.
  • 12th pass with 1+ year customer service experience.
  • Hindi & English communication required.
  • Kannada/Tamil preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Age: 1830 years.
