Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.Collaborate with product, development, QA, and client teams.Drive requirement analysis and process improvement initiatives.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT activities.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.Excellent analytical and communication skills.FinTech/BFSI domain experience is preferred.Knowledge of APIs, software products, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. .
