Growth Manager – SEO & Organic Growth

About the Role

At Rimigo, we're helping travelers plan their vacations with confidence. We're looking for a Growth Manager – SEO & Organic Growth who can own our organic growth from strategy to execution.

You'll work across technical SEO, keyword rankings, content creation, backlinking, Reddit, and website optimization. Since we don't have dedicated content writers, *you'll be expected to research, write, publish, and optimize content independently. *

Your goal is to help more travelers discover Rimigo, engage with our content, and eventually become users.

What You'll Own

1. Technical SEO & Website Optimization

● Own Rimigo's technical SEO and website health.

● Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, and technical SEO issues.

● Improve website structure, internal linking, metadata, and schema.

● Work with developers to improve website performance and search accessibility.

● Monitor Core Web Vitals and website performance.

2. Keyword Research & Ranking Growth

● Research travel and destination-focused keywords.

● Identify high-intent search opportunities.

● Track keyword rankings and develop strategies to improve visibility.

● Conduct competitor research and identify keyword gaps.

● Build topic clusters and pillar-page strategies.

3. Content Creation & SEO Writing

● Independently research, write, and publish SEO-focused content.

● Create destination guides, travel planning content, and organic landing pages.

● Write engaging, useful, and search-optimized articles.

● Optimize existing content for search intent, rankings, and conversions.

● Build and maintain Rimigo's content calendar.

● Balance SEO best practices with clear, human-friendly writing.

4. Reddit & Community Growth

● Identify relevant travel communities and discussions on Reddit.

● Participate in conversations authentically and provide useful travel insights.

● Identify opportunities to build awareness and drive relevant traffic.

● Understand Reddit's community guidelines and culture.

● Develop a sustainable Reddit strategy without spammy promotion.

Backlinking & Off-Page SEO

● Develop and execute relevant link-building strategies.

● Identify publishers, travel websites, and partnership opportunities.

● Build a high-quality and relevant backlink profile.

● Explore digital PR and content-led link-building opportunities.

● Monitor competitor backlink strategies.

6. SEO Performance & Analytics

● Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions.

● Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify opportunities.

● Monitor indexing, search visibility, and content performance.

● Build regular SEO performance reports.

● Connect SEO efforts to sign-ups and qualified leads.

7. GEO & Emerging Search

● Explore ways to improve Rimigo's visibility across AI-powered search experiences.

● Develop useful, structured, and authoritative content.

● Experiment with emerging organic discovery opportunities.

8. Conversion Optimization

● Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates from organic traffic.

● Optimize organic landing pages.

● Analyze user journeys from search to sign-up.

● Collaborate with the product and growth teams on improvements.

What We're Looking For

● 2–5 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or a related field.

● Hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.

● Strong keyword research and ranking optimization skills.

● Excellent writing and content research abilities.

● Experience independently creating and publishing SEO content.

● Practical experience with backlinking and link-building.

● Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

● Familiarity with Reddit and online community engagement.

● Ability to identify SEO issues and collaborate with developers.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to independently plan, execute, and measure SEO initiatives.

Bonus Points If You Have

● Experience in travel, e-commerce, marketplaces, or content-heavy websites.

● Experience with WordPress and Rank Math.

● Experience with GEO and emerging search experiences.

● Experience building destination-focused SEO strategies.

● Familiarity with JavaScript SEO and modern web frameworks.

● Experience growing organic traffic from zero or an early stage.
