Product Trainer - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Product Trainer Intern to join our team and help schools understand and effectively use TopSchool ERP, our school management software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, communicating with people, and working with technology. You will receive product training and gradually take responsibility for conducting training sessions for school staff.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct online training sessions for school staff using TopSchool ERP.

2. Explain different ERP modules such as Admissions, Attendance, Fees, Results, Timetable, Reports, Parent App, and other features.

3. Assist in conducting product demonstrations for schools.

4. Help teachers, administrators, and office staff understand and use the software effectively.

5. Answer basic user queries and coordinate with the support team when required.

6. Prepare simple training materials, user guides, and instructional content.

7. Follow up with schools to understand their training and product-usage requirements.

8. Maintain training schedules and session records.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

2. Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting online training sessions.

3. Basic computer knowledge.

4. Comfortable using Google Meet, Zoom, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.

5. Good presentation and teaching skills.

6. Patient and able to explain concepts clearly.

7. Willingness to learn new software and understand different ERP modules.

8. Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

9. Candidates from teaching, psychology, commerce, computer applications, management, or related backgrounds are welcome to apply.

10. Prior experience with ERP, SaaS, CRM, school software, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
