Job Title: Operations Manager Industry: Real Estate & Civil Construction Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Qualification: Graduate / MBA; BE/BTech Civil preferred Experience: 10- 15+ Years in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure or Project Operations

Job Role:

Oversee day-to-day operational activities across assigned projects.

Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.

Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and other project resources.

Ensure smooth coordination between project, procurement, commercial and support functions.

Track project progress, operational targets and key milestones.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.

Monitor project-related MIS, dashboards and management reports.

Support management in planning and allocation of resources across projects.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.

Monitor adherence to company processes, quality requirements and safety standards.

Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

Escalate critical project and operational issues to senior management.

Support management in implementing new systems, processes and technologies
