Counter Sales Executive (Male)

We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Jalandhar. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers, helping them find the products they need and providing excellent service.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing products that best fit their requirements.- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products available for sale, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash or card payments and ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, organizing products on the sales floor, and reporting any shortages or issues to management.- Customer Follow-Up: Build a rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and gather feedback to improve service quality.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, although up to 7 years is preferred. A completed 12th grade education is essential. Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. A friendly demeanor, an understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Additionally, male candidates are preferred for this position.
