Senior Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Services in Vashi

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's growth plans.

Achieving revenue and margin targets through the acquisition of new business.

Generating high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and client accounts.

Cultivating and nurturing relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies in India.

Crafting persuasive business proposals and effectively presenting them to clients, while negotiating and closing sales.

Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion.

Representing the agency at industry events and conferences, effectively networking and promoting their services.

Staying current with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape.

Demonstrating initiative, drive, and flexibility, including travel as required.

Prior experience in digital marketing sales, including proficiency in selling social media marketing, SEO, apps, videos, PPC ads, etc.

A strong background in hardcore sales, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Capability to conduct interviews of potential candidates for the team.

Experience specifically within the digital marketing agency sector.

Immediate availability to join the team is required.

No fresher; candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Proficiency in identifying and acquiring clients through platforms like Upwork.
