Walk-in || Legal Officer Advocate

Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, employment-related documents, and other legal documents.

Provide legal advice and support to various departments on day-to-day business and operational matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate policies.

Monitor changes in applicable legislation and advise management on their potential impact on the business.

Maintain and manage legal records, agreements, notices, licenses, registrations, and other important legal documents.

Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, consultants, and legal firms on litigation and other legal matters.

Assist in handling legal notices, claims, disputes, arbitration, consumer matters, and court-related proceedings.

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, notes, and reports as required.

Identify potential legal and contractual risks and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation measures.

Assist in due diligence, corporate transactions, property-related matters, and other special projects.

Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and documentation required for legal matters.

Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licenses, registrations, permits, and contracts, wherever applicable.

Maintain a database/tracker of ongoing litigation, contracts, notices, and other legal matters.

Assist in corporate governance and secretarial matters, where required.
