The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a team and able to follow instructions carefully on various construction tasks. Key Responsibilities:- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring that all materials are ready and organized, which helps maintain a safe and efficient workspace.- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials to and from job sites as needed, ensuring all supplies are available for construction workers to perform their tasks.- Assisting Skilled Workers: Work alongside skilled tradespeople like carpenters and electricians, assisting them in tasks, such as holding tools or delivering materials, which enhances teamwork and learning.- Operating Tools: Use construction tools and equipment, including saws and drills, following safety guidelines to ensure efficient work and prevent accidents.- Maintaining Safety: Follow all safety protocols on the job site, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazardous conditions, to promote a safe working environment for everyone.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum education level of 10th grade.
