We are seeking a motivated Chef to join our team in Manali. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen and a passion for cooking. The Chef will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring quality food service.Key Responsibilities:- Meal Preparation: Create a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring flavors and presentation meet our high standards.- Menu Planning: Assist in developing seasonal menus and special offerings, allowing creativity and innovation to shine through the food served.- Food Safety: Adhere to all kitchen safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen and food are always clean and safe for consumption.- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and help with ordering ingredients to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh supplies.- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other kitchen staff to facilitate a smooth operation, offering support and guidance as needed.Required Skills and Expectations:- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role is essential, with preference given to candidates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on kitchen experience.- Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of various cooking techniques and world cuisines.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food preparation.- Good communication skills are vital to interact effectively with kitchen staff and understand customer preferences.- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the kitchen.
