About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the sales team in generating and managing leads through various channels.

2. Make calls and follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements.

3. Coordinate and schedule client visits to project sites and sample flats.

4. Assist the sales team in generating and managing leads through various channels.

7. Assist in handling customer enquiries and maintaining regular follow-ups.

8. Support Channel Partner (CP) relationships and coordinate with real estate brokers.

9. Assist in preparing sales reports, lead databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.

10. Support marketing activities, campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional activities.

11. Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities.

12. Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.

13. Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

14. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
