Oracle HCM (Payroll)_Testing Consultant • Primary skills:Technology->Oracle Cloud->Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR),Technology->Oracle Cloud->HCM Cloud Technical,Technology->Oracle Cloud->Oracle Knowledge Responsibilities • Design and execute test cases for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions. • Validate Payroll processes, integrations, and business workflows. • Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing. • Identify defects and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution. • Prepare test reports and ensure quality deliverables. Required Skills • 6-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Testing. • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll Testing. • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as: o Payroll o Core HR o Compensation & Benefits o Time and Labor • Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies. • Experience in defect management and test execution lifecycle. • Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills • Automation testing exposure. • Oracle Cloud HCM certification. • Agile project experience. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Job Location - Pan India A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. • You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
