Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments for smooth service. Ensure accurate billing and support payment procedures. Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times. Follow SOPs related to food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations. Upsell food and beverage items wherever appropriate. Maintain awareness of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes. Additional Responsibilities – Captain Supervise and guide Waiters/Stewards during the shift. Allocate tables and ensure smooth floor operations. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/RGM regarding operational requirements. Train and support junior team members on service standards. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly. Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed. Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude. Knowledge of restaurant/F&B service standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good coordination skills. Strong attention to detail. Professional grooming and presentation. Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred. For Waiter: Freshers and candidates with relevant hospitality experience can be considered. For Captain: 2+ years of relevant restaurant/F&B service experience preferred.
