Telesales/Sr Telesales Officer - Personal Loans (Female Applicants ONLY)

Role: Telesales / Senior Telesales Officer – Personal Loans Department: Sales – Personal Loans Location: [Location] Experience: 1–5 years in telesales/inside sales, preferably banking, NBFC, fintech or financial services Key Responsibilities Generate personal loan leads through outbound calls, digital leads, database and customer references. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable personal loan products. Achieve monthly sales targets for login, approval, disbursement and revenue. Conduct high-volume outbound calling and maintain strong customer engagement. Explain loan amount, interest rate, tenure, EMI, processing fees and eligibility clearly to customers. Collect and validate customer information and required documentation. Coordinate with credit, operations and verification teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement. Follow up regularly on leads, pending documents, approvals and disbursements. Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems and ensure timely updates. Ensure adherence to bank/NBFC policies, KYC requirements, compliance and sales quality standards. Develop relationships with existing customers to generate repeat loans and referrals. Track daily productivity, conversion ratios, login-to-disbursement ratio and other sales KPIs.
