Looking For BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in a call center environment and should be comfortable working full time from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services. You must communicate clearly and persuasively to engage clients.- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide assistance where needed to ensure a positive customer experience.- Maintain Customer Database: Accurately enter customer information and update records after each call to keep our databases current and reliable.- Follow Up on Leads: Reach out to leads generated by marketing efforts to nurture and convert them into sales, ensuring timely follow-up for maximum impact.- Provide Feedback: Share insights gained from customer interactions with the team to improve services and strategies continually.- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for call quality and sales, meeting the expectations set by management.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to speak clearly and confidently.
