About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MoUs, contracts, vendor/customer agreements and strategic partnerships.

2. Review defence tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and government contracts.

3. Support legal documentation for government procurement and strategic partnerships.

4. Assist with IP, patents, trademarks and technology licensing matters.

5. Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, notices and responses.

6. Coordinate with external counsels on disputes, arbitration and litigation.

7. Support corporate, regulatory and statutory compliance.

8. Identify contractual/legal risks and provide practical recommendations to business teams.

9.
