We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager with strong hands-on experience in IT Managed Services and Service Delivery to lead enterprise client engagements and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management.

• Hands-on experience managing large-scale IT Managed Services engagements.

• Strong Service Delivery, SLA/KPI management and operational governance experience.

• Experience managing enterprise client accounts and multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar tools.

• Strong risk, issue, change, resource and delivery management skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, CS, IT, BBA or related field; MBA preferred.

Important Note:

• Candidates must have hands-on IT Managed Services and Service Delivery experience.

• Product Delivery or Product Services profiles will NOT be considered.
