Hiring: General Manager Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Contracts & Commercial functions across the project lifecycle

Manage contract drafting, negotiation, administration and compliance

Handle tendering, BOQ, commercial evaluations and procurement

Manage claims, variations, EOT, cost claims and dispute resolution

Review contractor bills, certifications and project commercial performance

Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies

Support arbitration, litigation and settlement processes

Drive cost control, profitability and revenue protection

Lead and mentor Contracts & Commercial teams

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, Legal, Finance and Project teams

Required Expertise:

FIDIC, EPC, Item Rate, Lump Sum & Design-Build contracts

Claims & EOT management

Contract negotiation & administration

Quantity Surveying & Cost Control

Tendering & Procurement

Construction Law, GST & Arbitration

ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle

Ideal Candidate:Professionals with 18 - 25 years of experience in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure or Real Estate, including 8-10+ years in senior Contracts/Commercial leadership roles and experience handling high-value projects.
