Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer KYC and application documents. Maintain regular follow-up on applications until approval and card activation. Promote card usage and encourage customers to activate and transact on their cards. Cross-sell relevant banking and third-party products wherever applicable. Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and follow-up status. Ensure compliance with HDFC Bank policies, KYC requirements, and sales processes. Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments for smooth processing. Provide excellent customer service and support after acquisition.
