Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the banking and insurance sectors. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our bancassurance products, managing CASA sales, and facilitating credit card sales. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their financial needs will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell bancassurance products, including life insurance and other financial services.
• Achieve sales targets for CASA and credit card products through effective client engagement and relationship management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of bancassurance, CASA sales, and credit card sales.
