Solar Design Engineer ( Commercial Project) (CBD Belapur)

• Design solar PV systems for commercial and industrial projects.

• Prepare solar site layouts, module layouts, string layouts, and equipment layouts.

• Prepare electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and other engineering drawings.

• Perform system sizing, DC/AC capacity calculations, string sizing, and inverter selection.

• Design DC and AC cable layouts and calculate appropriate cable sizes.

• Prepare earthing, lightning protection, and equipment layout designs.

• Review project site information, roof plans, electrical drawings, and client requirements.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant solar design software.

• Conduct shading analysis and optimize module placement for maximum system performance.

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist with project cost estimation.

• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical, structural, safety, and project requirements.

• Review drawings and documents for accuracy before submission to clients or project teams.

• Coordinate with sales, project execution, procurement, electrical, structural, and permitting teams.

• Make design revisions based on client comments, site conditions, and engineering requirements.

• Support the project team during installation and resolve design-related technical issues.

• Maintain proper records of drawings, calculations, revisions, and project documentation.
