About the internship:As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Polestar Analytics, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in spoken communication, interpersonal skills, effective communication, MS Excel, and English proficiency. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

3. Help with employee relations tasks, such as conducting surveys and organizing team-building activities.

4. Assist with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs.

6. Communicate with employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function.
