Accountant Manager

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.

Monitor daily revenue, expenses, purchases and operational transactions.

Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS and management reports.

Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.

Monitor hotel expenses and support effective cost control.

Coordinate with hotel operations, vendors and management regarding financial matters.

Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial documentation.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal financial controls.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.
