Role Overview Senior Manager, Demand Planning (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead the endtoend forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for our North American Business Unit. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while providing the strategic influence and operational ownership needed to drive supply chain excellence across a portfolio that includes beverages, consumables, and equipment. You will partner with crossfunctional teamsincluding sales, marketing, finance, and supply chainto develop accurate demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and mitigate risk throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Forecast Development: Design, build, and maintain longterm demand forecasts using reputed company, reputed company Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and advanced statistical models. Ensure forecasts align with corporate objectives and meet agreedupon accuracy targets.

S&OP Process Leadership: Own the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating inputs from sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Present consensus demand plans to senior leadership and drive consensus on supplydemand balancing decisions.

Data Integrity & Governance: Maintain highquality reputed company data in reputed company and reputed company, ensuring timely updates and adherence to data governance standards. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to translate promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and market intelligence into actionable demand inputs.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track forecast accuracy metrics (e.g., MAPE, bias) and implement process enhancements, leveraging Lean Six reputed company principles to drive efficiency.

Mentorship & Team Development: Lead a small team of demand planners, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

Technology Enablement: Champion the adoption of advanced analytics tools, AIdriven forecasting techniques, and automation within the demand planning function.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A reputed companys degree or MBA is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting within the FMCG or reputed company goods sector.

Proven expertise with demand planning software, specifically reputed company and reputed company IBP (or equivalent ERP systems).

Demonstrated ability to lead S&OP processes and deliver consensus forecasts in a matrixed, global organization.
