BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE Company: Aspire Kitchen and Homes Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Aspire Kitchen and Homes is looking for a responsible and organised Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day office coordination, documentation, billing support, and basic accounting work. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily back-office and administrative activities. Maintain customer records, quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and basic reports. Handle basic Tally operations , including sales/purchase entries, receipts, payments and ledger-related work. Maintain proper records of customer and vendor transactions. Coordinate with customers, vendors, designers and the internal team when required. Assist with quotation preparation, billing and follow-ups. Maintain physical and digital office files. Support the management with day-to-day office work. Ensure all data and documents are updated accurately and on time. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office . Basic understanding of billing, invoices and accounting entries. Good communication and coordination skills. Good typing and data-entry skills. Should be organised, responsible and detail-oriented. Prior experience in a back-office/accounting role will be preferred. QualificationMinimum 12th Pass ; graduate candidates preferred. Candidates with basic Tally/accounting knowledge can apply. Experience 1–2 years preferred , but freshers with good Tally and Excel knowledge may also apply. Salary ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month , depending on skills and experience.
