Job Summary :

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive / HR Trainee to join our HR team at Maheshtala, South Kolkata.

The role is suitable for early-career HR professionals who want practical exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, attendance, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and joining coordination.

Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.

Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

Support attendance, leave management, and payroll-related inputs.

Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR requirements.

Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other HR documentation.

Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Support general HR operations and compliance-related activities.

Coordinate with candidates, employees, and different departments as required.

Eligibility & Skills :

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related functions.

Freshers with suitable knowledge are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.

Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR.

Preferred Candidate :

Candidates residing in or around Maheshtala, Behala, Joka, Taratala, Thakurpukur, or other nearby areas of South Kolkata will be preferred.
